To remove or Place a BGA in a BGA reworks machine , do I have to do a same profile as a normal Oven ( around 4.5 mins to Peak time ) or the conditions are only to get temperature needed to Solder or Remove ( no matters Time).

If you are applying paste, you should duplicate the profile recommended by the paste manufacturer. If you are applying flux only than you need to ensure that you do not exceed max temp and/or ramp-rates such as

In printing,the thickness of solder paste perpendicular to the Squegge direction is always lower 1 mil than that parallel to the Squegge direction,so Insufficient Solder may occur.I think you may slow printing speed or widen appertures to resolve it.
