Wetting with lead free at wave is a bit different. You may need to increase your flux parameter to gain top side wetting. May get rid of the voids too.

About the anlge typically is 5-7 depending on the machine. If solder smt components, the best is to use (swich on) double wave machine - (swich on both) chip and laminar wave. Regards.

Vigon products are good. What does the supplier of the material [eg: paste, glue, whatever] that you're trying to clean from your stencil say that you should use?
