Yes, our company is also using SCS7 at the moment. Price is really cheap compared to all other solders. So far, we have been using it for about 1 1/2 years, no problem at all!

Has anyone else had problems with the space saver stencils and frames. The stencil tends to bow in the middle when clamped. These are the frames with only 2 pins to hold the stencil in place. Thanks for any advice

I agree - beware of the cheap imitations. To date, I have had very good experience with the VectorGuard technology. A bit more pricey - but usually worth it.

We have a Heller 1500W Reflow oven and need a way to catch boards as they come out of the oven. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to do this. Your reply will be appreciated.

Just call up any of their reps and ask them. They > would be happy to tell you :) If you asked all of them and then added up the answers, would it be more than, or less than, 200%? Well maybe not that high but I"m sure over 100%.

Funny Mike....in 10 years you won't have a choice as it will all be made in China...waves, printers, reflows, pick and place...everything.

You can convert from Gerber to DXF which CAD can read, but it still won't give you P&P data.
