Had similar issue with Omniflow. Was actually jostling tall electrolytic caps off of pads. Found that idler sprockets/pulleys needed lubed.

All's well that end's well: I replaced the Dart speed controller card and the problem disappeared completely. But no harm in giving the chains and the rails a thorough scrub although they weren't the culprit in this case. Many thanks to everyone for

Place it as a square. Vision type 10. Why would you even try to inspect leads on this? It's not like they could get bent.

Hi, Thats the way I have been placing it but we have seen a few misplacements failing in test and I am trying to improve the placement accuracy and consistency by locating the leads/pads . aj

Mike, These ovens were originally manufactured by ETS...I think you can still get Tech support from that at either 763-553-0051 (MN office) or 509-276-2015 (WA office). Best of luck. Todd

I recently acquired a couple of COMTRA belt feeders. I did not get any instructions. Can anyone tell me what the adjustments on the back of each are and how they work? Or, can anyone tell me how to get technical data for the feeders?
