When using lead free bgas and tin lead paste is almost certain that you will find voiding no matter what type of profile is use. The best thing that you can do is optimize your profile to minimize the voiding.

UP 2000 is a good printer. Spares are normal - blades, stencil/board light bulbs, the over head flourecent, get new conveyor belts. Take the cover off the tactile sensor and make sure it's clean also. Other than that it should be a work horse.

We're not buying stips, they're whole reels at first. But because of things like discrete order sizes, or proto builds, or otherwise low-volume production, we're stuck with leftovers.
