we don't have a jumper shunt in this conveyor. This conveyor belt running forward direction since 5 years but all of sudden change to reverse direction. Is this any software issue? Note: Both side sensors are working fine

If you look in the back of the panel there should be some type of VFD drive that controls the conveyor motor. You may be able to control rotation that way depending on the manufacturer. Should be able to google the VFD mfg and find a manual online,

Resolved; the power box "service" switch was set to ON. Changed to OFF and machine powered up per instructions. Didn't see this switch mentioned anywhere in the power up procedure. Thanks to the previous owner for tipping me off.

There may or may not be someone here with direct experience in this matter, but while you're waiting, do you have RoHS Certificates of Conformance from your material suppliers? I would think that's the place to start.

Yes, Steve, we have got the copies of conformance certificates from our material suppliers, however now we want to target the production line. Can you guide me where I can find anyone relevant?

Ok, i found out that a newer Windows Version (Win7 and higher) are not accepted by the Setup. It would have a XP or 2000. So i cant install Siplace Pro 5.1 on Win7. Thanks for help!
