Absolutely not, and if they were able to make it better, than your design isn't sufficient to begin with. Designers design, manufacturers manufacture.

The problem is they said what we designed is not qualifyed for production and they have files called "DFM" which is used for the real production to fit with the production line

I still don't see the defect, but in general, yes you can use an iron to reflow and cracked or suspect joint. You may want to add a little flux before you apply the iron.
