How does one search for a subject/issue inside this Forum? I can't see a visible Search window.

OK - I see you are using another browsing window called SMTnet. I am accessing it through the SMTA page - without a search option

Well, this is a very odd bug - it turned out one of capacitors, defined as a no-lead, had pin definition changed to gull-wing! Interestingly, if that part was located on Head1, it won't cause machine hang-up...

You should take a snapshot of the error message, it should including an error code with it. Then try to search the error code from the help menu, it might give you more detailed info what might be the cause of the problem.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a schematic in PDF for an OmniFlo 7 manufactured in 2003. Our hard copy has gone missing. Specifically I am looking at which SSR controls zone 2 bottom heater. Thanks, Jerry

Thanks for the effort. I have the maintenance and operations manuals in PDF so they are not missing. It looks like the only place it will show which SSR controls which heater will be in the schematic.

Reverse Polarity Defect in diode.what could be the reason and how to avoid it. We have the issue facing in NPM and CM machines of panasonic.Any investigation would help.

Do you mean that your machine is placing the part backwards? Or the part is reversed internally? Like the Cathode mark is painted wrong?

what is the size of that diode? We had some issues where part was sucked out of tape before nozzle actually touched it and flipped in the air.
