Misplaced QFP240 component

I have shifts in the placement of qfp240 components. I have this problem with al my IC machines: Fuji-Ip2,Ip3 ,siemens F-4.

I understand your frustration. However, I contacted The Fuji Software support at 847.821.2401 and talk to one of their system engineers and they helped me out. It turned out that I was not aware of particular fields that effect the optimization.

you can crash a segment quite easily. There are other ways you can crash a seqment such as hitting estop or openning the sliding door when the segment is down and moving the gantry by hand Have a great weekend! Lee

I would assume the IP2 version is similar to the IP3. I've installed 2 of the IP3 ones and they work fine. The retro is pretty simple. Tape and reel is fine if you have the room on the MFU's, we didn't have that luxury though.

Marlies, Larry's correct. The terminology used to describe the nozzle is normally brought about by the methods at which the machines generate the "vacuum". Good job Larry, it's like you just won Fuji's WHIZ-QUIZ!! Have fun all!!!!!!!!!!!
