Does anybody know how to update a different nozzle than the standard one on a Fuji IP3 machine? I want to use a 15.8 mm height nozzle, but the limit on height size is 10 mm for IP3.I know, I need to use a special nozzle, so Im trying with a 16.00 m

Good morning, Just a few questions to clarify: 1. You backed up your machine proper data. 2. You upgraded Fuji Flexa. 3. You re-transmitted the proper data 4. Now, components are not placing properly? Do you have a fuji 96-001 calibration board? Ha

I do not recall that "TEACH" ever worked. Even if it did, there is no way to save this data to the MCS. After you see that a fiducial cannot be found, change Xa-Ya in the program at the MCS to find it, and of course, re-transmit. Good Luck

switch ALL your CAD/programming activity to F4G (throw away your current SW) --> buy a MCS-30, which you will use only to transmit programs to machines. Or does anybody know about a third-party SW that produces Fuji programs in CCIMF format? Or a co
