Printing problem, water soluble paste with gold plating PCB..

How fast is your print head speed? I've found that I had to decrease my print head speed to get the paste to stick to gold pads. Not exactly sure why - but the ol' instincts worked well.

fid recognition on a universal 4785

This all depends on the mixture of your solder. If you are using water soluable flux then it will get clean. But not alcohol based flux. As for using the ultrasonic this might be a problem I personally have never heard of someone washing a board in a

We don�t distinguish between BGA, finepitch or other parts; they all get the same aperture reduction of 15% which is determined by the finepitch process. We use only PBGAs with eutectic balls. Wolfgang
