The CP-642 simply requires a camera upgrade for 0201 parts. This is the same camera as is used on the CP-643. You should then get identical results

Why is NC the prefer process for BGA mounting? why not WS?

When tenting vias almost a few vias are not covered completly by Solder Mask. Does this one side open vias affect the Immersion Tin Process ? Do we get chemical residues in the vias ?
