Your centering jaws are likely okay. It's the 25V that runs the centering jaws that is having the problem. Could be the circuit that produces the 25V is having problems after warmup or maybe the motor that runs the centering jaws is going bad. Loo

It is an audit of every assembly process. Think of how ISO 9001 or 13485(for Medical Devices) might go through your Quality system, documentation, training records, etc. and apply that scenario to your actual processes and documentation of the same.

I would suggest that you go to the X-Ray world. I know for sure that Dage(Nordson Company) can make actual u-cut for the ball of the part. They can see and measure everything in 3D. I am sure if they can do it other X-ray machines can probably do it
