I *think* an E5 takes a 29"x29" frame and you might be able to find one in that price range. The trouble is just finding one. Ekra America will probably have refurbs but the price will no doubt be higher from them.

We bought "Manager Plus" and really like it. Works great for maintenance + we track all our tooling and calibration with it.

I can not think of the name at the moment. But is is a basic skeleton [table top model] type positively no computer driving it, or transistors for that matter. Made in Switzerland, I will get the name and lengthen the thread.

I have another idea. Would you check the apertures on the stencil? May be they didn't cut the right size apertures there. If you have smaller aperture you can't get the right amount of paste.

Hi Syed, I'm a PCB engineer from China. First:Immersion gold surface finish is the best for PCBs. Second:HASL(Lead-Free HASL) Then:HAL(with lead) The cheapest surface finish is OSP(After 15 days will be oxidized)
