Depending on your PNP equipment it looks as though it will work fine. Hard to tell pick surface of component based off their drawing, but as the old saying goes "technically anything is possible" good luck K

I observed some black dot or some oxidation occured on chip termination on pcba reflowed fews weeks ago as buffer stock. The solder joint and fillet wetting is good and shinning. It is an acceptable or defect condition per IPC standard/requirement? W

Agreed, ours looks a little yellow at times and purple at others. All element levels are well within specs. Joints are perfect, this is good stuff....

Hi, I would get a second hand MYDATA, and that should do the trick. Lots of feeders available, and easy to program. Good for small volume, but not high volume.

Hi there, in my factory we use profiling every temp. change or once per day others make 1 profile for machine per week what is safe in your oppinion to be sure that all products made are good :) or if 1 per week is enough how to prove it to bosses
