To do that requires a calibration scale, which we don't have. But even if it is out of calibration, it still wouldn't explain why it states that the setpoint is 5kg always, even when it is set to 12kg.

Hi, wondering if anyone has encountered a magazine loader & magazines that hold 550mm in length. We are designing led strips and that is our longest config. All I have been able to find is 535mm with 50 slots. Any help would be appreciated. Than

The answer is usually either too much paste or paste being deposited where it doesn't belong. In some instances the two are related. You don't say what kind of parts you're having problems with and that matters too. I agree with the previous poste

I have seen resistors cracked during placement. The part was programmed incorrectly and the nozzle pushed down on the part too hard. I do not remember seeing any cracked during depanelization. Nibblers can cause damage if they are on the bottom and

Yes, a polite complaint to our board shop later and the next batch didn't have that problem at least. I'm not convinced it's an ENIG issue as there was variability panel to panel in the first place.

Starting to get things to work. I tested the circuit without any load capacitors and had my first bit of success, thinking now that i possibly just have a lot more stray capacitance that i originally thought. probably going to use 2pf load caps.

Ok, Question for all of you quality inspectors out there. Would you consider the IC image here to have excessive voiding given the amount of vias ? I only see an IPC voiding spec on BGA balls but nothing for IC's. I'd appreciate all your thoughts
