is there any tape feeders for the GSM that have adjustable pitch and/or width?? I thought I heard of a "Universal" Universal feeder.. If so what is the part numbers thanks

Tony: Have a mask applied by the boardhouse which can be removed after soldering. We worked with pallets or tape but had bad luck with some boards. At present I would prefer a mask. M2C Wolfgang

If the gold fingers are pad types which plug into expansion slot connectors, I have used a titanium guard attached to the wave conveyor over the solder pot, which allows the PCB to connect to the fingers but masks the solder from the gold pads along

Does anyone conformally coat PCBs that have been processed with a no-clean solder paste? Any comments on this subject would be appreciated. Cheers

Is it possible to have a no-clean flux that could be removed with water. I would like to use a single flux at wave solder that could satisfy both no-clean and water soluble customers, within a contract manufacturing environment. Thanks, Tim A.

Have been playing with VOC free water based fluxes, so far they appear to come clean in an aqueous cleaner, I went to perform Ionagraph testing but our machine was down so I will let you know if they pass ionics.
