I agree with Steve Thomas, The Quad IVC is a good machine for what you have described, it is small, chugs right along and is dependable. 1 head makes for some boredome watching it but is well over the 500 component mark. Good Luck with your purchase.

Has anyone had any experience using REM Oil for their feeders or other SMT Applications? I have talked to a few techs around the states and they said it is some of the best lube for feeders. Just looking for some feedback, Thanks.

Even a proper solder joint will fail if the rite stresses are applied to it. Sounds like you have an over heating issues, not a solder issue.
