I have concern about cleaning solder ball after misprinting paste on PCB, currently use vigon 200 with ultrasonic generate but only 70% solder ball able to remove, Any other method or equipment can help to clean solder ball.

Is there any specific method or product available to implement FIFO system. Currently we stack all the D/C in a shelf and we don't have a method to pull the latest D/D first. I would appreciate any help in this regard. Sundaram

That is basically what we use. Also, in the paste storage fridge we have a similar FIFO rack. Load from the back, pull from the front.
