Can you send me a screenshot to see how it looks or a spreadsheet of the data? Do you have to modify anything on your own? Can you do it for some selected components/apertures or it has to be on the whole PCB? Any further info will be appreciated.

One thing to consider is the length of the leads protruding from the solder side of the PCB will have an effect. Longer leads will be more prone to bridging than shorter leads with the same spacing.

We are using the quick tool and have some issues. It appears that we are the only ones on the forum that use it with CP6's.

So you are looking for a Contract Manufacturer that can build 4ft boards in China? Have you tried in the States?

Thanks for your reply Sophy. I don't want the equipment, but perhaps you could let me know if you have sold this equipment to any contract manufacturers. If so, I would like their details so I could contact them.

If you need to know the exact copper thickness of the board, you can ask the Fab to offer the microscopic report, I have already made a 2oz board in ALLPCB before and asked them offeed me this report, usually normal factories can offer it but need add

Follow Evtimov's explanation. I have a machine that is difficult to source nozzles. We made up nozzles using medical syringe s/s needles. Works great. Just and idea.......

Thanks for your response, I changed the attachment to a PDF. It will be easy enough to set up if we need to do this. I was hoping the test was a little more formal and documented but quick and dirty evaluation have their place as well.
