Do you have your own data caputure software ? Check out VManage from Valor if you do not. They have machine monitoring solutions for most FUJI equipment QP351 I would say would be covered. Even the latesr machines are coverd from Fuji...

We have a conveyor that has phone jack plugs for the next and previous. Does anyone have any experience making the conveyor work with another machine that has normal smema. Thanks

Maybe you have the wrong waffle pack assigned to the machine. I don't have alot of experience with a f3 though.Are you using the UNIX based software?

We have read papers espousing using xray, but have never seen such a thing. It seems the contrast provided in the xray images is insufficient for analysis of the underfill.

All, Thnx for the replies! The brd thickness is 0.062", hence no confusion there. Have no idea why customer's engineer specd in the 31 thou radius. Asked them but have no definitive answer as yet.

Can you have the designer to make a fixed area for this barcode? Meaning that you must have a position for this at the very same spot, unless your barcode system can be programmed to do barcode scanning on different spots, for different products/boar
