The squegee blades on the machine won't move down to level whenever I make a program. It has a standard head. I can jog them manually in calibrate mode but when I try to make a program they don't work. Why?

THe question is - does that happen on all of your programs or just in one program? If it is just this particular board, it might be some softwaRE limit issue. If it happens on more programs it is a hardware issue and it could be one of the following:

Thanks! Well, the procedure in the book says to first calibrate the mech aligner with the beam sensor, but that exceeds the X travel. I guess you can just eyeball it off the nozzles and then use trial and error. While poking around on the machine
