Did you ask Mirtec? When we were ready to buy a Mirtec they asked if we needed more than normal clearance height. I do not know if this would be retrofitable but maybe you could ask. Jerry

There is a field retrofit to increase the 25mm (0.98425") standard clearance up to 45mm (1.77165"), its not quite the 2", but close. You will have to recreate your component library though. For more details, contact Mirtec tech support at http://www.
