We have placed labels using the Hover-Davis label feeders on our Juki machines and we used standard nozzles. Are your labels an odd shape where a standard nozzle won't work?

We have a mydata MY100DX and A Hover-Davis label feeder. I'm have issues picking up the label. The machine will place it fine for a few then stop and refuse to pick up the label. Is anyone using this configuration and if so do you have and points

Why do you say that MyData tech support is no > help? Because I was on the phone with them for more then an hour with no help. Tech support has no experience with this feeder. That is why I'm asking if anyone here does.
