Our plant does not use an automated process, but I have done some research to the LPF Label Feeder by hover davis. It is for the Fuji IP, QP2, QP3, XP. Hope that will point you in some direction or get this thread started.

Can Fuji machines such as IP1 and IP2 utilise 2mm pitch feeders provided by Hover-Davis? Has anyone used them on an IP1 or IP2, and if so were they effecient? Does anyone have 2mm pitch feeders that utilise an Fuji IP1/IP2, for sale? We are currently

Quick note on Hover Davis, I am not impressed with their Fuji IP feeders at all. They short out and blow IC's up in the MFU's They sell their own feeder set up stand to tell whether or not you have a shorted feeder. What the hell is up with that ?

That is a Hover Davis feeder. We use them on our Fuji IP3s and a Universal GSM, they work great. Check them out at http://www.hoverdavis.com/

What type of machine are you placing the PLCC68 with? We place PLCC84 on a Fuji QP242 and we use Hover-Davis electronic feeders. They are expensive but worth the money as you can change the pitch to many setting as long as the width remains the sam
