We doubt that Humiseal 1A33 is causing opens in your assemblies. We'd guess the opens occur earlier in the process, but are not hard failures. So, you pass your tests. When applied, the conformal coat flows into the gap in the ball crack and insulate

All URs require a long time to fully cure. And actually, most users do not reach full-cure before using the board. Even Humiseal 1A33 will be dry enough to handle after a very short time.

what we are getting is open circuits not every BGA is failing we use Humiseal 1A33 and currently there is no masking instruction for around the BGA

Good morning Mark, No issues around the masking at this point. The issue seem to be in open areas as well as between clad runs. We are using Humiseal 1A33 Conformal Coat.

Sorry , I`ve got the wrong flux code ,we use NC Kester 959T and we intend to use NC277 VOC-free from AIM, Cheers
