Can Anyone know how to troubleshoot SM411 MMI problem (Initializing machine I/F)? What are possible causes of this problem? I already tried to restore MMI and OS of the machine & replacement of motherboard.

Page 43 in the datasheet is giving you all detail how the stencil should look like...if this is what you need to do. Page 42-43 shows the geometry of the part and recommended land pattern for the PCB ...if this is what you need.

Thanks Mr. Darby, We already Check All connections of I/F Boards, Restore OS, Change Motherboards and Install Backup for SmartSM files and Install new MMI (SmartSM files). But still same Problem. I have one possible cause in my mind is its MVME3100
