I would look at Vitronics-Soltec such as the XPM 820 or even the 520. BTU also makes very nice ovens. The Hellers I used to use went through blowers every 6 mos. and both of them came it defective. You must have got lucky or I got unlucky. Russ

Question: If we run the same oven to run both lead free and lead paste. Will any lead contamination transfer to the lead free board by force conversion?

Hi Paddy, There's been a lot of low cost second user underfill equipment around recently, I've seen stuff go for as low as 20K - but make sure a dispense head is included. Good luck, Rob.

I've just set up an SMT company and would like to be able to discuss issues with someone which will help me get the right structures and procedures in place.

I'm not looking to hire a consultant (plenty of those around) but rather discuss issues as they arise as well as talk about key areas to focus on, such as building up quality systems and procedures etc
