We are using Fuji CP iv-3 and keep getting "Nozzle size alarm and Nozzle position error." I was wondering what is wrong and how do I fix these errors? Thanks

This looks like a flux problem to me. I would check the specific gravity of the flux. Also check the thermal profile of th e wave solder process.

Have you talked to Assembleon? If you have the machine regestiered with them. I've not experienced that problem but they have always been very helpful with any problem I have had.

Target those specific parts/leads with a thermal-couple and a mole and try to get the peak reflow temps up to 225 C. It's not a cure but it will improve the apperance of the solder joints.

It has very simple construction - there are two rubber o-rings which serve as a coupling. On ours, one was broken and after replacing it with a new one everything was as new. Just open the head and it will all be clear - it's very easy to fix. - Den

You will need to find the drivers on-line and load them. NT is not plug and play. I also believe you are limited on the size of the storage device could be wrong it been a long time since I played with NT.
