Hi, You just take out motion board, clean it & connector on the interconnector board. After done plug in and boot the machine again, it'll be fine back.

I did not find anywhere in the software or button to do dry run mode, but I see one video clip in the youtube that show this machine can do it.

We are currently looking into purchasing the Dek vector guard system and would like any feedback from current users. Does the system hold up over time and does it break down often? Any info would be great!

I questioned reliability and longevity in beginning, we have used for 6 years, 4 frames, had to replace air bladder in one. We are pleased with performance. Storage space saving is biggest advantage.

We also have 4 frames, been using them for a couple years. just had to change a line yesterday. Easy to do, as long as you have the repair kit. Much easier than a QTS frame.

For vertical mounted, axial leaded components; the standoff from the land to the component body should be 0.4mm[0.016in] to 1.5mm[0.059in]. Right?

Dears, Could somebody advice is there exist requirements for storing(like humidity , temperature, etc) for PCBA (PCB with SMT components)

I'm not aware of a standard for the storage conditions of assemble circuit boards. Here's what I'd do: * Protect them from damage * Store them vertically * Constant Temperature 22°C +/- 3°C * Humidity Control 45% To 65% R.H.

I agree with Dave. Much better to store as he suggested then to store them in piles on the floor. Ha! Piles of boards... never ceases to be funny.... :-p Funny though...my customers don't seem to find it as funny as I do. I wonder why....

I may have what you need. I would not know what to charge for a PDF copy though. I'll have to look in my files and see what I have.
