we would like to monitor ASM siplace feeder, cycle time, nozzle.event using SCADA. Anybody able to provide memory address allocation for above data value to read by SCADA

The OCD in me suggests you chase down Windows Time/Date configuration ,also when you power up the machine check the time/date in the BIOS I presume these machines are windows based just looking in the Assembleon website. sarason

This should be fixed by someone who has access to Windows on these machines - probably ASM engineer. You are right to be worried about traceability. Also changing this time might lead to much more issues underneath, so don't just change it before ask

sounds like bad electrolytic capacitor, check if your drivers have any swollen capacitors or otherwise damaged caps

There should be some other error message also with the hardware initiation error. This will help us narrow down your problem

I suspect configuration too. From memory, only certain heads are assignable as 'Fine'. Changing this parameter in the component data to Standard or QFP will most likely cure this as any head will accept those two options
