My input are: i. To solve tape not pulling back if it is due to high per is better to use more feeders to minimize this issue. ii. To slow down printing speed. Hence, has proper line balancing which minimize board idling before pick and place process

Hi Miałem taki problem, myślałem też że to uszkodzona karta Cognex. Zakupiłem nową i to nie pomogło. Okazało się że trzeba zainstalować właściwy sterownik karty. (translate from PL) regards Tomek

I have used infrared imaging to find electrical shorts on logic boards between the 5 Volt buss and ground. You can power the electrical short up to draw 50 to 100 mA and then look for the warm spot in the infrared display.

Thank you for your advice Jer. BTW, may I ask the model name which you have used ? I'd like to buy and try it. Does it work well for the bridge underneath of components ? Regards, John

If all else fails, you can always chipbond the part. Would it be possible to run this side as the second reflow?

If you have control of the solder alloy you're able to use on the product, you could run a lower temp solder on the second side and try to avoid the first side entering reflow.

We can't do that because we are using dual ligne reflow oven..So the two sides of PCB are soldered with the same reflow profil.
