The global or image fiducials is set under teach fiducials screen. You will get the option to turn on the one you want. You should choose one or the other depending on what you are building. You are correct for what tep hold,pass and tep vision does.

Hello! For "gang-pick" you need to have nearly the same Pick High. And for simultanious scan over the camera the Z Value of the parts have to be nearly the same too. The allowed differences are somewhere in the Machine Info or Machine Config. Try so
