The experimental way is the best approach for SPI settings and fine tuning. Have a start point of +/- 20%. You build 0402s and machine flags them 35% offset from value. You reflow, perform AOI - everything is fine. You go back and you move tolerance

For reflow oven to "auto off" it has to go through the cool down; it should be off went the cool off temperature is reached. Perhaps you need to 1st check if something prevent the oven reach the cool off temp (both hardware & software).

Running a Mydata MY 9 and trying to Restart the machine and try to initiate the hardware, get an error message of F-MOT-MSETDYN X/163: Illegal value of DSP command argument. It seems to be related to the x drive. I've check all the connections on

I worked with 7 years of Mydata & another 8 years with Juki. Most of the small issues are avoidable if you do your maintenance right. From normal wear and tears, I would say Mydata would be more frequent breakdowns than Juki. For Juki, I agree with

Yeah laser centering didn't sound as reliable to us either. I have heard jokes about mydata but wasn't sure if they were serious. It seems like they have a huge following in US esp when compared to Yamaha/Assembleon. Did anything improve when they

Swap mot cards and see if the error moves. Of it does, your issue is the mot card, if it doesn't, your issue is one of the above. Try calibrating in the service menu. Check your friction readings. Check the x-encoder (attached to the motor).

My experiences mirror most of the thread. Even though the Juki were nothing fancy, they also never gave me any major issues in the 6 years I worked with them. 6 years of MyData and I can't say the same. A lot more downtime and a lot more instanc

Problem solved. I just check the modification time of the log, read from where I last read up to, then close it, send result over mqtt to inventree. Little fiddly to get some modern stuff running on win 2k but wasn't too bad.

That was my first guess. But then I shuffled placement order, but machine always stops at the first part of the first task, regardless of what part it is. Like it wants to image it with P2P camera (which is absent) and ignoring the fact that there's
