Sounds like a plan. The usual way is to count how many you use on the job either by pre-calculation. Or how many clicks the machine counts and save the data before switch off, then drop it back into a spread sheet. This depends very much on the mach

@ Sr.Tech, Most of our Chinese spares are Juki & Yamaha original & still bagged, just much cheaper. They wouldn't sell machines in China if all the spares and consumables were at European mark ups. Nozzle wise the Juki 750 & 760 copies are not 100%

We are having numerous issues placing BGA and IC's on a Juki 750 using laser, the machine has been recently calibrated but we are getting twist and misplacement quite often, any ideas?
