Hi, we have about 100L kester 108 - soldering flux thinner.That is thiner for Kester 2235 and some other fluxes.But we have not use this flux already, and I don't know what I can make with the tinner.Could you help me - what is chemical composition

Hi, we use om338 from alpha metals in our smt production lines.I wont change this solder paste with kester em 918.Is anybody use this solder paste?what yo think abaout this paste.Is it good?

Hi, I also use OM338 and would be very reluctant to use any other product. I have trialled 3 or 4 other top brands but cant find anything that ticks all the boxes. aj...

James, Kester must have the same quality standard worldwide. If you feel your problem is related to the paste itself, you should write a report and submit it to Kester directly. Do you have new operators at the area any any chance? Thanks, Hiram

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Kester made from Mexico. We are seeing alot of bridging lately in our product and it started about a month ago.

It could be one of a dozen things besides your paste. If you do feel it's your paste, have another vendor come in awith a free sample to try it. Side by side comparisons are great and it wouldn't cost you anything.

here are my thoughts on kester, I have rec'd a sample to qualify here and we cannot even get it out of the cartridge it is so dryed out. Rep informed me that Kester has a problem with its chemistry right now. Product is Mfgr'd in off shore location
