Does anyone have any information on stencil aperture/pad ratios for noclean solder paste. In the past I have experienced severe solder ball problems when using the same size apertures from aqueous products as I do with the No-clean products. Cons

Yes - the frame is built to nominal per print then the tape pieces are placed into areas in the frame as required. I had the stencil house cut #'s into the frames designating each different size. When I cut the tape pieces, I put them on a large, s

We have used them for 6 years now. No issues. The frames are not universal so you need to pick one vendor. IIT has done a great job for us and the standard turn is 2 days for laser cut for $150.00.

HI Tsvetan, Can you tell me what material your stencil was fabbed from? I have seen (from different suppliers) references to at least 3 different grain sizes of stainless for laser cut, plus electroformed nickel for laser cut, electroformed nickel,
