Dave Thanks for the input. The thermocouple read 244 on the pad of the socket. We actually found after extensive investigation that it is the coplanarity of the leads. We were shipped a bad batch of sockets form the manufacture. Go figure!!1

If the supplier has prescribed the storage temperature between 0 - 10 degree celsius, then it means that it work effectively if stored in that temperature range.

Spoke to the maintenance manager, master password is the current date in reverse. For example : Today is 10/28/2014 so... 41028201 Level 3 should be pass3. Hope this helps.
