With the added temperature peak associated to Lead free reflow is anyone seeing or concerned about the increased vapor pressure that may result from moisture entrapment in moisture sensitive components?

What do you mean by solder in ROHS. Can you please explain me little bit. Is that really important while doing lead free process. Also, please tell me wether a 8 zone (4 bottm and 4 top) reflow oven with 300 degree max.. Is good to do the lead free

Hello, So in short, i wanted to know.. for 8 zones i guess that will be a great deal. and the machine made year is 2000. Also, coming to the max. thickness of PCB we have is 0.085 inches.
