Hi, Anyone have the DRS25 rework machine and use it for lead free BGA's? Anyone upgraded their DRS24 to a DRS25? We may pay to upgrade our 24 to a 25 to improve our Lead Free BGA rework process. Thanks, Rob

Agreed, if your process is the same than most likely you received in a batch of lead free BGAs that are supposed to be leaded. Happens to us all the time and vice versa...

60% ratio would be great start. that is what we typically shoot for with all leaded for the most part. 25 mil diameter in a 40 mil hole, works great for auto insertion as well Russ
