Sorry. I don't see any solder balls. To me, it looks like the solder wetted the pad and then pulled back. It's called dewetting. It's a defect. Ask your supplier for a SEM analysis. I'm interested to know what he / she says.

Ryan, in some cases we use 2 pastes with different melting temperature (LF SAC and PbSn)for complex boards with components on two sides. And we want to try to replace LF SAC with low melting paste.

Try Digi-Key. Mouser and Newark might have what you need as well.

Solvent makes me think of dissolve which leads me to cleaning something. If you are trying to clean stencils, blades, etc. try this link to the product we use: http://www.techspray.com/product-info.php?pId=3&cId=17

The LF wave solder solder alloy that marketing-types of other LF wave solder alloys compare themselves to is Nihon Superior SN100C

A little oil on the dough, then the pizza sauce, then the toppings. Next place it in the reflow oven using a standard leaded reflow profile, might have to slow down the belt a bit. Should turn out a tasty pizza. ;-)

To get rid of the old info as far as the electrical test and so forth, just try to type in the pick number in CC, it should erase that extra info that you do not need. Do this after you uploaded your information. Hope this helps.

Michelle, I've tried this, and the extra information goes away, until you save and then access the pick and place data again, then it is back.
