if you don't have anything obstructing the camera then it sounds like it could be the camera power supply going bad. what version of tpsys are you running?

Sounds like you have detent option enabled. Check to make sure that your board X and Y dimensions are correct.

Thanks MPMENG. Our software is 8.3.3. Has anyone converted to XP (from NT)? What obstacles exist to do this? We'd like the printer on our internal network, where security patches can be applied to the OS.

These systems normally use pneumatic suction cups, attached to a plotter-like device to allow the nozzle head to be accurately manipulated in three dimensions.

Did you teach the reject mark? Sounds like a lighting issue when looking for the white sticker. You can also skip images by pressing control-repeat after the machine has found fiducials. Good luck
