Anybody out there know of a good (2nd) source to purchase single magnetic board supports used on quad/samsung machines. These are spring loaded and contact the underside of the board in the pick n place machine

We have a very expensive MRP system that can (allegedly) do this, so naturally we also use an excel spreadsheet, which includes feeder loading times, 1st off inspection, printer set up, overhead recovery, machine time etc.

We make a custom mini stencil to print the paste onto the QFN and flip over to load on the rework station. The mini-stencil was designed for SRT to pick up the QFN. Check BeamOn (stencil house) for detail. Good luck

Same question here. The Agilis feeders look like they would work great and be super fast to set up. We spend more time loading feeders than we do running machines. Do these feeders really work as good as Mydata says they do??

try checking the speed/conveyor driver, encoder, comunication I/O Board system and lastly the program. If the driver is at fault replaced it do not repair it. If software try to load it again but make back up.

Don't forget that loading a feeder will waste parts, depending on the feeder. A lot of bean counters over look this. But then again, they'll spen $100 chasing pennies around.

Been loading lead free (steel, bismuth) for a couple of yrs. now. Our Wildlife division went ROHS on the waterfowl hunting some time ago. So now we just wound geese and ducks and let them die somewhere that they are of no use except coyote food!
