Don't you have to enter the generic password first in order to get to the user level password? It's a long time ago, but I remember vitronic as the generic password. Stefan

Try passme as a password. this was good on some of the older vitronics ovens.

Sure. We use 9999 for our operator level security. We use a secret number [that we change periodically] for our next level of security, because we don't want people messing with our profiles. And we use an ever more secret number for our next leve

I have found that when I first bring up smtnet.com and haven't yet logged into email, it gives me nada when I do. But if I then leave email w/o logging off, when I go back it works fine. Strange, but true........
