Your profile reflow temps are too low. Omnix338 has a melting temp of 217-221C. Your right on the edge, and your soak temps should be closer to 150 than 180C. Bottom line too high a soak, too low a reflow. Take it or leave it.1874

Given your low component count, why are you considering the Fuji AIMEX over a Fuji NXT? I don't know the specifics of your product, but in general, the AIMEX is geared more for high mix/high complexity jobs and the NXT is more for low complexity, hig

my two cents is double sided lines aren't worth the trouble if you are low volume/high mix. As others have said, balancing this is a nightmare. There are tradeoffs, of course. You will build up WIP, and this is especially problematic if there are MSD

Which SMT line brand do you recommend for a new manufacturer with low-volume and low-mix? We have a new product that needs to be made locally and requires more flexibility and responsiveness than local CMs can provide. Does any particular SMT brand

Sounds like your talking very low volume & component counts really... I would look at Panasonic AM100 for example - low cost, high flexibility but you would need multiple so you could pair it with another... Ideally we would need to understand your

Ive worked as an SMT operator for 3 different companies. And have worked with six different types of pick and place machines. I can tell you what I know. The first place I worked at was high volume low mix and we ran Fujis. They are by far the best
