Do you have the feeder calibration jigs ? If so it should be pretty self explanatory. I'm pretty sure a CP7 has the same loader system as a CP643. If so, the sensor system can be hairy if you don't know what you are looking at. If it has been crashed

Yes I wondered that myself for the Juki pick & place machine, then I noticed the default value when doing the "pick tracking" is 5 so I am left thinking why not use that value. So when you introduce a new reel the value comes up "5, feeder position"

I'm guessing you don't have the oven's manual, there's a great section in the Heller manuals about trouble-shooting the zones, that gives that resistance measurement. I no longer have a Heller, and can't remember what that measurement is, however.
