Hi All, We are investigating post reflow AOI equipment. Have already got Yestech machines but not sure whether to continue along that line. Does anyone have any comments (good or bad) on other manufacturers

Saaitk, We are currently running 5 Mirtec machines and have had great luck with them. I am not familiar with Yestech but I've heard they're similar. Good Luck CL

We are looking into purchasing a used UP-2000 Hi-e. We are high mix /high change-over. The machines I am looking at are equipped with the grid-lok system. Can anyone give me pros's/ con's ?? Thanks in advance. Sr.

Would be my pick if I was putting a line together and was buying used. You should be paying around $35K-$40K and no more for such a machine. As far as grid-lock...........I'd probably toss that system in the garbage.

We have decided to go with a UP2000 Hi-e with the newer generation Grid lok. This is a refurbed machine with a warranty.

Larry, I know some of the Quad stuff is also Samsung but don't know how that translates to feeders. I suggest calling Precision Placement Machines, Inc. They should know about 4c.

Hi guys, I want to improve the set up of our printing machine(EKRA) especially on a 0.5mm thickness double sided boards.I find the support pins very time consuming.. any advice?? thanks.
