I receive this message everytime I turn on my machine " Release Emergency Stop Button." I checke all every loction and stop button. Cant find out the problem. Does any one have a solution to this?

In the early days Quad machines were fitted with an alignment system that was purchased from a company named Cyberoptics. Quad then developed their own alignment system and called it Quadalign.

This probably goes without saying but in order to utilize the feeder carts you must have enough feeders to have a job running on the machine, and a job loaded and sitting on the feeder carts. Also the IQ system can only talk to IQ feeders.

I use a clinch of 5 and a length of 3 for 1/4w and thicker leg diodes probably a 7 and 5. You really just have to play with the machine it figure out what works best for your application.

Hi all, Just wondering if somebody is using the debridging tool (Vitronics) on the wave solder machine succesfully with SN100C. After testing for a while, my conclusion is to not even try....does not work...but maybe I am wrong? Thanks for your fee

It really depends on what method you used to mask. Liquid mask, tape, rubber boots, etc. It is something most learned thru trial and error, much like running the parylene machine. It's never as easy as loading it up, turn it on and watch it go!

yes you are correct that we are repairing motherboards. We are not reflowing the entire board to replace one component. We are using reflow machine to reflow the particular component.
