Mark, We have an IP3 that I can videotape for you when we get all the components in for our next job (probably around 3/21/07). The only thing that will be missing is the tray feeder operation, as this job does not use any components from a tray.

Hi Mark, When we last checked out the laser systems you had to either use a solder preform or apply solder paste to the area, which meant either dispensing or some clever printing. Cheers, Rob.

I agree with Steve Thomas, The Quad IVC is a good machine for what you have described, it is small, chugs right along and is dependable. 1 head makes for some boredome watching it but is well over the 500 component mark. Good Luck with your purchase.

You can buy green fingernail polish and mark each handle with it. That may not look professional but it is much cheaper than buying an entire set of new tools.
