Hi- If it turns out your MCS-30 has died, I have a few complete and running units in stock to replace it. fastek@comcast.net Rick

After you tried the procedure, what the MCS error indicate? If you try to format the PC, all data stored will be erased.

Fuji used to offer a free utility to do this but since they are not supporting MCS30 anymore I do not know if they will still provide it. Jerry

Jerry, Thanks for the post. I contacted Fuji and they have advised that they no longer support MCS30 (surprise??). Any other avenues I might try? Dana

Does anyone know how to get a printer to work with an MCS30 system. I have limited information about printer setup.

A few years ago I was able to buy a MCS-2 programming manual from Fuji America. You may want to contact them and see if they have any left. Jerry

I have finally finished my shareware SMT program, It reads Protel and spits out MCS files. It can be downloaded from: http://users.tpg.com.au/sarason/index.html Andrew

Hello, We have an MCS-30 with a 3.5 floppy drive. But we cannot copy programs to it if the program names are longer than 8 characters. Does anyone know how to change this to a higher number? Thank you.

I agree with SrTech. MCS is old and not user friendly. If you decide to try it I have a MCS 16 installation manual collecting dust. You are welcome to it.
